What is Scholars Week?

Scholars Week is a week dedicated to providing a venue for undergraduate researchers to present their projects in a professional format.  These presentations allow others to learn about the exciting research happening around campus while giving early researchers a professional platform for practice and career preparation. The schedule includes Platform and Poster Sessions on Monday and Tuesday.  Students and faculty will attend the presentations and a select number of “judges” will provide feedback.  A committee from the Office of Engaged Learning will tally the evaluations and determine the awards for the outstanding presentations.

The week also includes an invited speaker, information sessions, and food!

How to prepare for Scholars Week

All Baylor undergraduate researchers from any discipline are invited to submit an Abstract for Scholars Week.  The submission will open February 1st. A link will be available on this web site.
