Engineering Undergraduate Researcher Nick Storti Presented at the ECCE 2024
Nick Storti received a 2024-2025 URSA Grant, "AC Induction Motor with Superconducting Windings", to support his research with Dr. Emmanuel Agamloh, Associate Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering. Nick's paper was accepted to the prestigious IEEE ECCE Conference, in Phoenix, AZ, where he presented his work on October 20-24,2024. ECCE is the flagship conference of energy technologies specialists from around the world, jointly sponsored by two IEEE societies - IEEE Power Electronics Society and IEEE Industry Applications Society. About 1000 papers are presented at this conference. The acceptance rate is typically ~ 50-60%. About 2000 people attend this conference annually.
