More from Nathan
I applied because I have always been fascinated by Danish society. It has always seemed to be a culture that valued well-being over fame and fortune, and I have felt a pull throughout my high school and college years to experience this myself. I can think of no better way to do this than studying at the top university in the country, learning from faculty who are applying innovative statistical methods to solve pressing issues. I believe this grant will make me into an ethical statistician with the tools and vision to make our world better.
I would be more than happy to talk to future applicants!
