URSA Funding Available for the Spring!

The URSA program in the Office of Engaged Learning administers six types of research grants to students and faculty in all academic disciplines. New this year are grants awarded in the spring and grants for faculty leading large-scale research experiences. The purpose of these grants is to promote and expand meaningful research participation by undergraduate students, to engage students in faculty/student collaborative learning relationships, and to expose students to resources and facilities that may stimulate their interest in pursuing advanced degrees and research careers. There are several types of grants available to provide opportunities for a variety of research needs. Grant applications for the spring URSA grants are due November 18, 2022. Proposals for 2023-24 are due January 27th. Student grants for travel, wages, and supplies are reviewed monthly. Review the application guidelines here.
