Baylor Student Research Week Information
What is the Baylor Student Research Week?
Baylor Student Research Week (formally Scholars Week) is a week dedicated to providing a venue for all undergraduate and graduate researchers to present their projects in a professional format. These presentations allow others to learn about the exciting research happening around campus while giving early researchers a professional platform for practice and career preparation. The schedule includes Flash Talks, Podium Presentations and Poster Sessions. Students and faculty will attend the presentations and a select number of “judges” will provide feedback and select outstanding presenters.
How to prepare for Baylor Student Research Week
Work with your mentor to decide if you will make a poster or platform presentation.
Read the Abstract guidelines and submit your Abstract before the deadline.
Abstract Submission Forms will open on February 6, 2026.
Abstracts are due March 15, 2026.
