Josh Caballero
Community Engagement Office for the Housing and Community Development Office at the City of Waco
Josh Caballero is the Community Engagement Officer for the Housing and Community Development office at the City of Waco. In this role, Josh works with community partners to meet the goals of the City’s Strategic Housing Plan and ensure that community members have access to housing at every income level.
During his time in Waco, Josh has been active on several community boards. He currently serves on the following boards: Heart of Texas Behavioral Health Network, Waco Family Medicine, American Gateways, the Hispanic Leaders Network and recently joined the board of directors for Transformation Waco. Josh was also named a 40 Under 40 honoree in 2020 by the Greater Waco Chamber of Commerce.
When Josh is not doing something to serve the Waco community, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Jennifer, daughter Millee Grace, and son Mateo.
