Nathan Gibbs
- Program Manager of the Future Communities Lab
Nathan Gibbs serves as the Program Manager for the Future Communities Lab at Baylor University, where he oversees strategic operations and grant-related work, including financial management, reporting, and deliverable tracking. He also designs events that foster collaborative working around pressing challenges facing the Church. Nathan brings a multidisciplinary background to his work, holding a BBA and MBA from Baylor University and a Master of Divinity from George W. Truett Theological Seminary.
Prior to this role, he worked in manufacturing as a planning and procurement specialist, where he developed a strong foundation in operational strategy and process improvement. His current interests include exploring catalytic capital and impact investing as tools to extend the reach and effectiveness of faith-based initiatives. Nathan is passionate about leveraging strategic grantmaking and innovative funding models to support sustainable, community-rooted change.
