Sarah Pedrotti is a dedicated advocate for students, families, and communities, grounded in a deep belief in the power of wraparound supports to create meaningful, lasting change. She currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Communities In Schools of the Heart of Texas (CISHOT), where she leads efforts to deliver comprehensive, evidence-based services that support student success, strengthen families, and build more connected communities across the region.

With more than 20 years of experience in education and nonprofit leadership, Sarah has served as a teacher, instructional coach, assistant principal, principal, and district director within Waco ISD. Prior to joining CISHOT, she was Executive Director of Transformation Waco, where she led community-wide initiatives focused on wraparound services, afterschool programming, and early learning. Her work included developing data-driven systems for coordinated care, strengthening cross-sector partnerships, and expanding access to critical supports for children and families.

Sarah is a proud graduate of Baylor University, where she earned a B.S. in Education, and she holds an M.S. in Educational Administration from Tarleton State University. Her leadership is driven by a commitment to equity, strong systems, and ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive.
