Sara Perry

Dr. Perry conducts research on employee stress and well-being, in various work-related contexts, including negotiation, leadership, and flexible work arrangements. She works with undergraduate students interested in graduate school in I/O Psychology or other related fields, exposing them to the entire research process, from study design through implementation, data cleaning/coding, and often even paper writing. She also teaches Human Resource Management courses, including Staffing and Negotiation & Conflict Resolution.
